Calvin Malveaux

St. Martinville – A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 p.m. on Saturday, February 5, 2022, at Notre Dame Catholic Church for Calvin Malveaux, 89, who passed away on Saturday, January 29, 2022, at his residence.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home in St. Martinville from 7 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. A Rosary will be prayed at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.

Ji Lester Angelle

Cecilia A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, at St. Joseph Catholic Church for Ji Lester Angelle, 45, who passed away on Friday, January 28, 2022, at Lakeview Regional Medical Center.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home in Cecilia from 9:30 a.m. until 9 p.m. on Tuesday and continue on Wednesday at 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. In support of Ji’s love for the Cecilia Bulldogs, green and gold are welcome to be worn. 

Geraldine Devillier

Breaux Bridge – A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date for Geraldine Devillier, 76, who died on Jan. 21, 2022.

She is survived by her son, Sean Devillier; four daughters, Mrs. Craig (Rachael) Theriot, Jody D. Veillon, Mrs. Duane (Michele) Sevigny and Mrs. Brian (Carla) Landry; sister, Mrs. John (Bonnie) Champagne; and brother, Sidney L. Champagne Jr.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Cleff J. Devillier Jr.

Pellerin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Misti D. Cruse

Breaux Bridge – Misti Dawn Cruse, 46, died on Jan. 9, 2022.

She is survived by her mother, Norma Gayle Guidry; daughter, Bailey Sherrin; and sons, Calvin Prentice and Christian Sherrin; and her sisters, Danessa Sanders and Lori Poljak.

Patrick Boyer

Breaux Bridge – A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Jan. 25 at St. Bernard Catholic Church for Patrick Boyer, 80, who died on Jan. 21, 2022.

He is survived by his wife, Renella Landry Boyer; daughter, Marcy B. Martinez; two sons, Anthony and Randy Boyer; and three grandchildren.

Pellerin Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
