Obituaries

St. Martinville – A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 18, at Pellerin Funeral Home for Kelly Douet Wiltz, 34, who died on Sunday, Feb. 12, 2023.

A visitation will take place at the funeral home on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1:45 p.m.

She is survived by her husband, Sidney Wiltz; brother, Scotty P. Douet; and sisters, Samantha Wiltz and Cierra Douet.

Pellerin Funeral Home  is in charge of arrangements.

Cecilia - A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on December 22 at St. Joseph Catholic Church for Lochlan Harman, 18, who died on Dec. 14, 2022. 

He is survived by his mother, Norma Melancon Harman; sister, Brannigan Harman; maternal grandfather, Randy James Melancon; and his paternal grandparents, Randy and Brenda M. Harman.

He is preceded in death by father, Matthew Randall Harman.

Pellerin Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

John Rodrick “Rody” Joseph, 67, of Port Arthur, Texas was born on April 1, 1955, to the late Anthony and Wilhelmina-Williams Joseph in Arnaudville, La. He passed away peacefully with his faithful wife at his bedside on Monday, December 12, 2022, at their home in Port Arthur, Texas.  

Rody was a valedictorian of the Cecilia High School graduating class 1973 and a graduate of the 1977 class of the University of Southwestern Louisiana with a bachelor’s degree in General Business.
