Conrad A. Daspit Jr

St. Martinville – A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Thursday, Jan. 30, at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church for Conrad Alton Daspit Jr., 80, who passed away on Monday, Jan. 27, 2020.
Interment follow at St. Michael Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Gloria Escoyne Daspit; sons, Kenneth and Chad Daspit; daughter, Mrs. Jonathan (Rachael) Champagne; 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his sons, Dexter and David Daspit; brothers, Russell Clark and Lawrence Daspit; and sister, Dorothy Daspit.

Mark A. Haddock

Breaux Bridge – A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 6, at Pellerin Funeral Home for Mark Anthony Haddock, 39, who passed away on Friday, Jan. 31, 2020.
Visiting hours will be observed at the funeral home from 9 until 10:30 a.m. on Thursday.
He is survived by his father, Luis A. Haddock; mother, Connie M. Haddock; brothers, Joshua A. and Ryan L. Haddock andL; and his sister, Mrs. Thomas (Joli M.) Rosario.
Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge is in charge of arrangements.

Joseph C. Rabeaux

Breaux Bridge – A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Thursday, Jan. 30, at St. Bernard Catholic Church for Joseph Chester Rabeaux, 91, who died on Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2020.
Interment followed at Calvary Cemetery in Lafayette.
He is survived by his sons, Mike, Neil and Chris Rabeaux; daughters, Mrs. Gordy (Gwen) Guilbeaux), Mrs. Jerome (Cathy) Latiolais, Jill Dirk, Mrs. Randy (Becki) Miller, Mrs. Burt (Dana) Bonin and Mrs. Ken (Kim) Poirier (Ken); 19 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Emile Joseph Barras

Catahoula – A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 1 p.m. on Monday, January 27, 2020, at St. Rita Catholic Church for Emile Joseph Barras, 89, who passed away on Friday, January 24, 2020.
Visiting hours were observed at Dion Hall from 2 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Sunday, and continued on Monday from 7 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
A rosary was prayed at 4:30 p.m. by The Men’s Rosary Group of New Iberia and at 70 .p.m by Father Bill Melancon.

Robert John Pritchard

St. Martinville – A Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 8, 2020, at St. Martin of Tours Church for Robert John Pritchard “Bob” who passed away on January 18, 2020, after a prolonged illness. 
Bob was born on December 10, 1942, in St. Martinville, Louisiana.  He attended Our Lady of Mercy School and St. Martinville High School, where he was a starting quarterback for the Tigers. He was an avid fan of the LSU Tigers and the New Orleans Saints, and also enjoyed fishing and golfing.
