Florina Williams

Breaux Bridge – Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2017, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church for Florina Williams, 84, who died December 19, 2017.
Services will be conducted by Fr. Joe Campion, SSJ.
Interment will be in St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery.

Angela Agnes Haverkamp Devillier

Angela Agnes Haverkamp Devillier, 95, of St. Marys, Kansas, peacefully passed from this life to her eternal home on December 16, 2017, at Midland Hospice House in Topeka.
Angela was born on February 17, 1922, to John F. and Theresa Olberding Haverkamp. While serving as a registered nurse in the Army, she met the love of her life, Russell DeVillier. They were married on September 4, 1946, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. In 2006, the couple celebrated 60 years of marriage.

Inez Patin

Lafayette – A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Saturday, Dec. 23, for Inez C. Patin, 86, who passed away on Dec. 21, 2017.
Burial was in Calvary Mausoleum.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. David (Louella) Cloteaux; two sons, Carlton and Randy Patin; seven grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Simon and Ernest Cormier
She was preceded in death by her husband, Shelton Patin; three brothers and one sister.
Delhomme Funeral Home of Lafayette was in charge of arrangements.

Anne Hamley de Mahy

St. Martinville – A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, December 19, 2017, at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church for Anne Hamley de Mahy, 97.
Visiting hours were observed at the funeral home from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Monday and continued on Tuesday from 8 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.
A rosary was prayed at 70 p.m. on Monday.
Rev. Ed Degeyter officiated at the Funeral Mass.  Interment followed at St. Michael Cemetery in St. Martinville.

Ricky James Doré

Breaux Bridge – A memorial will be celebrated at a later date and location by family and friends for Ricky James Doré, 51, who went to be with his Lord on Tuesday, December 12, 2017, at Lafayette General Medical Center.
Ricky, better known as “Big Rick,” “Heavy,” or “Stick” by those who knew him, was born to the late James Leston Doré and Hermina Ann Patin Doré.
