St. Martinville – James Stelly “Jimmy” Fontenette was born on November 9, 1959, to the marital union of Joseph and Alberta Fontenette. On the afternoon of August 16, 2020, he peacefully passed away at the age of 60.
James was the eighth of 12 children. James knew Christ at a young age and practiced his Christian values throughout his life.

Breaux Bridge – A Mass of Christian Burial wase celebrated at 1 p.m. on Friday, August 21, 2020, at St. Bernard Catholic Church for Kerry Theriot, 52, who passed away on Tuesday, August 18, 2020, at Lafayette General Medical Center.
Visiting hours were observed at the funeral home from 1:30 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Thursday and continued on Friday from 8 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
A rosary was prayed at 7 p.m. on Thursday by Deacon Butch Hebert.
Rev. Garrett McIntyre officiated at the Funeral Mass. Scripture was read by Betty Theriot. Gift Bearers were her children.

Breaux Bridge – A Funeral Service was held at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 25, 2020, at Pellerin Funeral Home for Donna Marie Reed, 55, who passed away on Monday, August 24, 2020.
Visiting hours were observed at the funeral home from 8 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
Rev. Nicholas DuPré officiated at the Funeral Service. Interment followed at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge.
