Whitney John Savoy

Parks – Whitney John Savoy, 88, passed away in the evening of April 7, 2020, at his residence after a long battle with Alzheimer’s.
Whitney was born August 9, 1931, in Parks, La. to Iphis and Annaisse LeBlanc Savoy. After graduating from Breaux Bridge High School, Whitney joined the Air Force and served from 1951-1955. While there he worked on aircraft such as the B-29, KC97 and B-47. From 1956-1992, he worked at Paul Fournet Air Service, going from A&P mechanic to chief inspector service manager.

Dudley Joseph LeBlanc

Breaux Bridge – A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, May 26, 2021, at St. Bernard Catholic Church for Dudley LeBlanc, 82, who passed away on Monday, May 24, 2021, at his residence surrounded by his family.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 3:30 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Tuesday and continue on Wednesday from 7 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.
A rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. on Tuesday May 25, 2021.
Rev. Garrett McIntyre will officiate at the Funeral Mass.

Austin C. Stelly

Arnaudville – A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 18, at St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church for Austin Stelly, 17, who passed away on Friday, May 14, 2021.
He is survived by his parents, Johnny and Trina Bergeron Stelly; brother, Ethan Stelly; sister, Aubrie Stelly; and maternal grandparents, Frank L. and Katharina Lalonde Bergeron.
Pellerin Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Cecilia – Funeral services are pending for Larry Joseph Peltier, 67, who passed away on Monday, May 17, 2021.

Andrew LeBlanc Sr.

Breaux Bridge – A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, May 22, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church for Andrew LeBlanc Sr., 85, who died on Sunday, May 16, 2021.
He is survived by his loving wife, Renella Fontenette LeBlanc; son, Andrew LeBlanc Jr.; three grandchildren; and sister, Mary A. Crocket.
