Breaux Bridge – A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Monday, Aug. 23, at Pellerin Funeral Home for Vu Van Nguyen, 58, who died on Thursday, Aug. 19, 2021.
He is survived by his brothers, Long Nguyen, Tru Nguyen and Hoang Nguyen; and sister, Kim P. Nguyen.
Pellerin Funeral was in charge of arrangements.

Catahoula – A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Friday, Aug. 20, at St. Rita Catholic Church for Erica Marie Thibodeaux, 47, who died on Tuesday, Aug. 17, 2021.
She is survived by her mother, Bernette Savoy Thibodeaux; daughter, Gabrielle Doiron; and sisters, Mrs. Ray (Holly) Rebert and Tiffany Prince.
She was preceded in death by her father, Conrad Thibodeaux.

St. Martinville – A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, Aug. 28 at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church for Susan Stiles, 62, who died on Wednesday, Aug. 11, 2021.
She is survived by her husband, Lifford Stiles; children, Ashley, Beau, Josie and Luke Stiles; four grandchildren; mother, Velma Louivere Ruiz; brothers, Brady and Dana Ruiz; and sister, Mrs. Gerald (Myra) Castille.
She was preceded in death by her father, Woodrow Ruiz.
