Melba Mae Landry Albert

St. Martinville – A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, April 1, 2022, at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church for Melba Mae Landry Albert, 85, who passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2022, at her residence.

Visiting hours were observed at the funeral home in St. Martinville from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Friday.

A rosary was prayed at 11 a.m. on Friday.

Rev. Bill Melancon officiated at the Funeral Mass. Readers were John Hebert and Jacques LeBlanc Jr. 

Audrey G. Chretien

Cade – A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, April 2 at St. Anthony Catholic Church for Audrey G. Chretien, 76, who died on March 24, 2022.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph M. Chretien; son, Marcus Chretien.; daughter, Rebecca Chretien; one grandchild; and siblings, Verna Jolivette, Mrs. Martin (Evelyn) Caldwell, Mrs. Allen (Gracie) Guidry Sr., Sarah Comeaux, Yvonne Guidry and James Carson.

Pellerin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mona F. Angelle

Cecilia – A Funeral Service was held on March 26, 2022 at St. Joseph Catholic Church for Mona Faye Angelle, 64, who died on March 23, 2022.

She is survived by her sons, Coby, Jamie  and Kyle Angelle; four grandchildren; sisters, Mrs. Frank (Donna) Thomassee and Mrs. Terry (Susan) Broussard; and three godchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jules Angelle.

Pellerin Funeral Home  was in charge of arrangements.

JoAnn Broussard Early, 84, better known as Gammy, was called home by her Heavenly Father on Sunday, March 20, 2022, in Denton, Texas.

She was born in St. Martinville, Louisiana on September 2, 1937, to Robert and Edith Broussard.
