Breaux Bridge – A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Saturday, Aug. 25, at St. Bernard Catholic Church for Carl Joseph Schmolke, 73, who passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2018.
Interment follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2.
He is survived by his daughters, Mrs. Dwayne (Janice) Usie, Karen Schmolke and Rose Marie Patin; sons, David Franklin, and Paul and Michael Schmolke; brothers, David and Jim Odom; and sisters, Lois Burkett, Pearl Macks and Justine Wilson.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine Ann Schmolke; and brothers, Paul Schmolke Jr., and Harvey III, Marvin and John Odom.
Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge was in charge of arrangements.
