Byron was born on February 11, 1937, in Holden, La. BK’s career spanned various fields, reflecting his versatility and dedication. BK found his calling in the oilfield as a tool pusher. For a few years, he operated a seafood market, sharing the bounty of the ocean with those around him. He approached his work with tenacity and unwavering commitment – qualities that earned him the respect and admiration of colleagues and friends alike.

Beyond his professional endeavors, BK was known for bringing joy into every aspect of his life. He possessed an undeniable passion for fishing and hunting that took him into nature’s embrace time and time again. Whether casting lines into pristine rivers or venturing into the wilderness in search of game, BK found solace in nature’s beauty and the thrill of the chase.

However, it was within the warmth of family gatherings that BK truly flourished. He treasured every moment spent with loved ones, cherishing their shared laughter, and creating lasting memories that will forever be held close to their hearts. Bk’s relationship with Raleigh Latiolais bloomed in their shared love for visiting their camp together – a sanctuary where they could escape the demands of everyday life while embracing the serenity of nature.

Byron K. Sullivan will be remembered as a man who embraced life to the fullest and approached every obstacle with unwavering strength.
