St. Martinville – A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Monday, Jan. 8, at Notre Dame Catholic Church for Brenda Joyce White, 63, who passed away on Friday, Dec. 29, 2017.
Interment followed at Queen of Peace Cemetery.
She is survived by her sons, Louis White Jr. and Oscar Morton; daughters, Mrs. Alexis (Eva) Carattini and Danielle Fontenette; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis White Sr.; her brother, Edmond Patterson; and sister, Mary Margaret P. Pierre.
Pellerin Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
