St. Martinville – A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Saturday, July 25, at Notre Dame Catholic Church for Mildred Etienne, 87, who passed away on Monday, July 20, 2020. Interment followed at St. Michael Cemetery. She is survived by her sons, George Jr., Walter Sr., Willis and Clifford Etienne Sr.; daughters, Lucindy Perrodin, Judy Moore; sister, Mary A. Fontenette; brother, Willis Matthews; 22 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren. Notre Dame Catholic Church was in charge of arrangements.
