Nola was married to her devoted husband, Allie Dupuis, Sr., for an extraordinary 72 years. Together, they owned and operated Dupuis Farm Equipment, building a legacy of integrity and service within their community. Nola’s passion for life extended beyond her business; she enjoyed traveling, camping, and especially cooking, with her signature syrup cake being a treasured favorite among family and friends. Her green thumb bloomed through her love of flowers and plants, which she nurtured with great care. Nola also had a talent for sewing. She treasured her family most and she will be deeply missed by them.
Nola is survived by her loving husband, Allie Dupuis, Sr.; her children, Allie Dupuis, Jr. (Cynthia), Keith Dupuis (Sarah), Juliette Dupuis, Bridget Theriot (Britt), and Yvette Dupuis; grandchildren, Drew Bulliard (Hailey), James Dugas (Meagan), Kelli Dugas, Nichole Barras (Sully), and Cody Dupuis; great grandchildren, Aiden Bulliard, Allie Bulliard, Avery Bulliard, Anna Dugas, Vance Dugas, Ethan Dupuis, Addison Dupuis, Brielle Barras, and Brayden Barras; and one brother, Nolan Hulin (Elaine).
She is preceded in death by her parents, Theodore and Lucille Landry Hulin; in-laws, August and Jeanne Dupuis; and one sister, Della Hulin Bienvenu.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Landmark of Acadiana Nursing Home and staff for the excellent care given to Nola.
