St. Martinville — The community is invited to experience a vibrant celebration of creativity at the St. Martinville Main Street Art Walk on Sat., April 25, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on St. Martin Square.

This exciting event will showcase the rich artistic spirit of the region, featuring a diverse collection of works from local student artists from St. Martinville ELC, STEAM Academy, Jr. High and Senior High Schools, emerging creatives, and professional artists. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore a wide range of art forms, connect with creators, and support local talent.

In addition to the visual arts, the Art Walk will come alive with live stage performances throughout the day located near the Evangeline Oak at 120 S. A special highlight of the event will be a performance by Emmy Award-winning artist Chubby Carrier, whose dynamic zydeco sound promises to energize and entertain audiences of all ages.
