The Cecilia High Lady Bulldogs went 1-2 in the St. Thomas More Grand Slam Softball Tournament in Broussard over the weekend.
Cecilia beat Erath 18-11 on Saturday but lost to Pine Prairie 16-0 on Friday and to Acadiana, 19-11, also on Saturday. Cecilia dropped a game to Teurlings Catholic on Feb. 24, 1310, and beat Opelousas Catholic 8-7 on Thursday. The Lady Bulldogs are 3-4 on the year.
Breaux Bridge beat St. Martinville 24-2 on Feb. 24 and lost to Acadiana 17-1 on Thursday. The Lady Tigers are 1-4 on the year.
