Winners in the St. Martin Parish Premier Exhibitor Contest were recently recognized at the 88th Annual St. Martin Parish Livestock Show and Sale held at Breaux Bridge High School. Over 40 4-H livestock contestants competed for cash premiums sponsored by LaSUCA Louisiana Sugar Cane Cooperative. Placings were tabulated based on a written test taken from the 4-H project books and from livestock showmanship placings. John Hebert, head of Grower Relations at LaSUCA was on hand to present St. Martin Parish 4-Hers with their awards.
