The Cecilia Lady Bulldogs went 1-1 in their first two games of the 2026 softball season, beating Sacred Heart 5-2 at home on Wednesday before falling to Acadiana 15-13 on the road Thursday.
Breaux Bridge lost its first three games, losing to Loreauville 14-1 and to David Thibodaux 8-7 on Wednesday and to Eunice 17-3 on Thursday.
St. Martinville was slated to open the season on Tuesday.
