French Table - Participants at the Dec. 17 St. Martinville French Table came dressed for Christmas! They spoke about their novelty sweaters, hats, socks and scarves, then played a game with Louisiana French words for winter garments, using their phones for help. The St. Martinville French Table meets every Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m .at Longfellow-Evangeline State Historic Site and welcomes all speakers of Cajun, Creole and international French, from beginners to native speakers.
