SWAT Team briefing
Members of a Louisiana Corrections Department SWAT team from Angola were briefed on the latest developments at the St. Martin Law Enforcement Center before going on duty. Dozens of SWAT team personnel from both state and federal agencies were called in to help deal with the five-day hostage crisis in St. Martinville in December 1999.
