In November 1996 architect Al Landry (left) and contractor Tom Bulliard joined parish officials for a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Police Jury Annex being built at the corner of Port and Theater Streets in St. Martinville. Continuing from left were police jurors Odell Trahan, Lloyd Higginbotham, Thomas Nelson, Bob Ray and Mike Huval.
