Cecilia —Atelier de la Nature invites the public to Discover the Enchanted Forest, a special art reception featuring works by more than 50 artists from around the world. This post-festival event will take place on Saturday, November 15, from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m., offering guests an afternoon and evening filled with art, light, and wonder in the scenic setting of Atelier’s woods and sculpture park.
Parish artists exhibiting in this year’s show include: Brandon Ballengée, Lilith Ballengée, Victor Ballengée and Mark Broussard, Kat Huval, Genevieve Landry and Zoë Landryof Cecilia; Dominick Chaillot of Butte La Rose and Lynda Frese aand Russell Whiting of Breaux Bridge.
Guests are invited to wander through indoor and outdoor exhibitions, meet participating artists, and experience the immersive light installations that transform the forest into a living artwork.
Enjoy self-guided exploration of the exhibitions; a guided tour of the Enchanted Forest; a virtual artist talk with Alabama artist Jamey Grimes, creator of Faerie Lanterns; and a night tour through the glowing woods.
Complimentary snacks and beverages will be provided as guests connect with fellow art and nature enthusiasts. Admission is free, but registration is required.
