Youngsville – The St. Martinville Senior High boys’ basketball team fell to Plaquemine 6624 in the Hall of Fame Classic at Southside High on Saturday.
The Green Devils led 17-5 after one quarter and 31-14 at halftime before outscoring SMSH 35-10 in the second half.
Marc Floyd led the Tigers with 8 points and Lyle Potier and Mario Mitchell had 4 each.
Jakyris Jenkins scored 25 to lead Plaquemine, including 19 points in the first half. The Devils had four 3-pointers to none for the Tigers.
