The Ten Commandments, which God himself hand delivered to Moses, became the foundation for the U.S. legal system in 1787 when the Founding Fathers drafted the Constitution. The Founders amended the Constitution in 1791 to ensure that Congress would not make any laws restricting religious freedom-as they understood that reverence to God is what enables humanity to achieve morality, fairness, and justice. In George Washington’s Farewell Address in 1796, he reiterated again that ‘‘of all the habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports—and let us with caution indulge the supposition that morality can be maintained without religion.”
Fast forward to the 1970’s after Marxists Intellectuals had invaded our Law Schools and Courts to twist our laws because their beliefs are radically different than our Founders—as they want the law to reflect the will of the ruling class, not “We the People”. Since they found the Constitution too hard to amend because of Article V, Marxist chose instead to use the judiciary to reinterpret the law and covertly encode their Marxist views into the Constitution to strangle morality, religion, and family.
Look no further than liberal Supreme Court Justices’ rulings that attacked the First Amendment’s freedom of religion in which they “word-smithed” a “separation of church and state” theory that kicked God out of our public schools and public squares—even though there is no “separation of church and state” language in the Constitution. This is now an ongoing legal battle nationwide as atheists and leftist activists are fighting all public references to “God” in the national anthem, our motto “In God We Trust”, Pledge of Allegiance, and God’s Ten Commandments—all under the false argument they are unconstitutional under the Separation of Church and State requirements. Their rulings have also subverted the word “Freedom” to promote obscene and anti-tradition content in the name of Freedom of belief.
In the 2004 book, “The Supremacists: The Tyranny of Judges and How to Stop It”, constitutional law expert Phillis Schlafly warned that an increasingly brazen judicial supremacy has dictated fundamental social policy, managed schools, and orchestrated elections. Without any constitutional mandate, judges over the last 60 years have banned the public recognition of God, redefined marriage, undermined morality and national sovereignty, released a flood of pornography, institutionalized feminist dogma, invited illegal immigration, etc. All of this was made possible by presidents, congressmen, and voters who surrendered without a fight. Schlafly also presented a battle plan for overthrowing the tyranny of judges by using the Constitution.
We must fight and ground zero is the education our children—we must teach them the true history of destructive Socialist/Marxist governments that always fail and resort to coercion, and the contrasting prosperity of free markets under Capitalism.
