Baton Rouge – LSU celebrated its largest spring graduating class on record, with 5,431 students earning degrees in ceremonies last Friday and Saturday. This surpasses the previous record of 4,949 set in Spring 2024.
A Doctorate Degree was awarded to Tori Lynora Olivier of St. Martinville.
Brooke A. Mouton of St. Martinville received a Masters’ Degree.
Christina Ann Nicole Alleman graduatedSumma Cum Laude; Bryce Luke Stevens graduated Magna Cum Laude; and Colleen Cecile Angelle graduated Cum Laude. All three are from Breaux Bridge and were awaraded Bachelor’s Degrees.
Also receiving Bachelor’s Degrees were Kevin James Courville II of Arnaudville; Gavin James Abshire, Lynndsie A.D. Champagne, MaryKathryn Cummins, Willow Hinote, Hayden M. Menard and Kazi Shefhat Rahman, all of Breaux Bridge; Nicholas Peter Disher and Maelei Kieu Thi Nguyen of Broussard; Ali Yvonne Fontenot of Parks; and Destinee’ Antoinette Bob, Jared Edward Davis, Javian Jude Willis, Leah D Hulin and Christian Peter Foti, all of St. Martinville.
