Sisters’ Celebration hosted by Beta Rho

Beta Rho chapter of Beta Sigma Phi held its Sister’s Celebration on May 13th at St. John Restaurant. Chair of the event was Shirley Fuselier.

President Lynnie Bienvenu welcomed members to the annual event and conducted the business meeting calling on committee chairs to give reports on the end of the year activities.

Program chair Bobbie Theriot announced the final meeting of the year will be held on May 27 when members will present a program on The World Around Us-Memorial Day.

President Bienvenu announced installation of officers will be held during the final meeting of the year.

Adopted Family chair Shirley Fuselier announced the chapter continues to support a local family monthly.

Senior Girl Award chair Bobbie Theriot announced the Hattie B. Maraist award will be presented at the St. Martinville High School honors convocation in May.

During the event members presented a program on Living Fully: Members Sharing Experience of Living. Members discussed healthy, helpful advice for every part of their lives to look and feel their best.

Topics discussed included keeping bones strong, low-cal lunches, hunger dampener, noiron way to nix wrinkles, tummy tamers and a quick cure for instant calm. Members agreed all of these help us to feel great, look beautiful and enjoy life.

The floating basket gift was presented to Bobbie Theriot by President Bienvenu.

Sisters’ Celebration - Beta Rho members held their Sisters’ Celebration at St. John Restaurant on Tuesday, May 14th.
