KC’S BLOOD DRIVE – Sam Thomas of the St. Martinville Knights of Columbus shows a T-shirt promoting blood donation. The St. Martinville KC’s will hold a blood drive Saturday from 9 a.m.-noon in the Bloodmobile in the parking lot at Cash Savers, located at 1714 S. Main St. in St. Martinville. Those donating blood will have a chance to win $5,000. Appointments can be scheduled online at vitalant.org or by calling 877-258-4825. IDs are required to donate. (Chris Landry)
