Parks – A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Friday, Aug. 6, at St. Joseph Catholic Church for Willie James Guidry, 75, who died on Monday, Aug. 2, 2021.
Willie honorably served his country in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Horton Guidry; son, Kyle Guidry; daughter, Lynette Guidry; six grandchildren; brothers, O’neal, Cliffordy, Donald Earl Guidry; and sisters, Mrs. George (Lena) Choplin and Mrs. Frank (Margaret) DeBlanc.
Pellerin Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
