Lafayette - A Memorial Service will be held at Crossroads Church for Joseph Albert, 81, who died on May 16, 2022. 

He is survived by his son, Chad Blanchard; daughter, Annette Albert; sisters, Adele Albert and Emily A. LeBlanc; and brother, Antoine Albert Jr. 

Pellerin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. 

Breaux Bridge – A Funeral Mass will be held at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at St. Bernard Catholic Church for Dorothy L. “Dot” Guidry, 80, who passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2022, at Calcutta House.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 18, 2022. 

A rosary will be prayed at 11 a.m.

Father Garrett McIntyre will officiate at the Funeral Mass.

St. Martinville – A Funeral Service will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 21, 2022, at Pellerin Funeral Home for Jessie R. Bienvenu, 103, who passed away on Monday, May 16, 2022, at her residence surrounded by her family. 

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home in St. Martinville from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m. on Friday and continue on Saturday from 7 a.m. until 11 a.m. 

Interment will follow at Methodist Cemetery in St. Martinville.
