Breaux Bridge – Funeral services were held on Friday, Feb. 12 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church for Alma Dugas Demouchet, 86, who died on Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2021.
She is survived by her sons, Joseph R. and Rodney J. Dugas; daughters, Eva D. Dugas, Rita D. George, Marie L. Dorsey and Princess Dugas; sister, Daisy D. Williams; 12 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip P. Demouchet.
Pellerin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Cecilia – A Funeral Service was held on Sunday, Feb. 14, at Pellerin Funeral Home for Glynn Joseph Courville, 57, who passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2021.
He is survived by his son, Jeshua Courville; brothers, Wayne and Dana Courville; and sisters, Phyllis Howard and Mrs. Steve (Ann) Lewis;.

William J. Bowen

Cecilia – A Funeral Service was held on Saturday, Feb. 13, at Pellerin Funeral Home for William “Bill” J. Bowen, 88, who passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2021.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia Patin Bowen; four daughters, Tassie Bowen, Mrs. Ted (Elizabeth) Anthony), Mers. Dale (Karen) Benoit and Mrs. Billy (Grace) Robin; three sons, Sidney N. Jr. and Keith Barras, and Terry Lewis; seven grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Pellerin Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Babette Bienvenu Dugas

St. Martinville – A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 11 a.m. on Friday, February 12, 2021, at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church in for Babette Bienvenu Dugas, 69, who passed away on Tuesday, February 9, 2021.
Visiting hours were observed at the funeral home from 8:30 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. on Friday.
A rosary was prayed at 10:00 am on Friday.
Fr. Ed Degeyter officiated at the Funeral Mass. The readers were Jeanise Bernard, Geralyn Bourque and Hayden Dugas.
Interment followed at St. Michael Mausoleum in St. Martinville.

Jacqueline C. Savoy

Coteau Holmes – Funeral services were held on Thursday, Feb. 4 at St. Elizabeth Church for Jacqueline C. Savoy, 52, who died on Monday, Feb. 1, 2021.
She is survived by her husband, Roy Savoy; sons, Sy and Ry Savoy; a granddaughter; and sisters, Mrs. Wayne (Rebecca) Daigle, Annette Bourque, Darlene Arnold, Mrs. Carl (Marlene) Frederick, Michelle Berard, Sherry Byrnes and Susan Berard.
