Robert Paul Dautreuil

St. Martinville – A Memorial Service will be held at later date for Robert Paul Dautreuil, 68, who passed away on Wednesday, January 30, 2019, at Opelousas General Hospital.
Robert honorably served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was a Mason with Hugh M. Daspit Lodge #301 in St. Martinville. Robert loved exotic birds and enjoyed raising them. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his sister, Vickie Walker and husband Bobby; his sister-in-law, Elda “Tib” Dautreuil; a godchild, Paul Romero; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Electa Melancon Dautreuil; siblings, Linda Dugas, Dwight Louis Dautreuil, Dianna Romero, Dixie Mae Doucet, Elden John Dautreuil and Lusrita Marie Martin; and an infant brother, Louie Dautreuil.
