Rita T. Breaux

Breaux Bridge – A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Saturday, Jan. 6, at St. Bernard Catholic Church for Rita T. Breaux, 82, who passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2018, at Opelousas General Hospital.
Interment followed at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2.
She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Tery (Carolyn) Trahan; her sons, Gary, Pat and Jimmy Breaux; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; her sister, Margie Lanerie; and her brother, James Thibodeaux.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Preston Breaux; her companion, U. J. Meaux; and baby sister, Ethel Thibodeauxx.
Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge was in charge of arrangements.
