St. Martinville – A funeral service was held on Saturday, Dec. 12, at Notre Dame Catholic Church for Mazel Washington Sam, 89, who passed away on Monday, Dec. 7, 2020.
She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Ronald (Kathleen) Landry; two sons, Floyd and Ervin Sam; ten grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Sam.
Pellerin Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
