Irma A. Richard

Arnaudville – Funeral services were held on Tuesday, Dec. 4, at a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Francis Regis Catholic Church for Irma Leeann Richard, 73, the former Irma Allemond, who passed away on Saturday, Dec. 1, 2018.
Interment was in St. Francis Regis Cemetery.
She was a native of Arnaudville and a resident of Morgan City since 1966.
Survivors include three sons, Lance, Melvin Jr. and Eric Richard; two daughters, Mrs. Mike (Tina) Pellegrin and Mrs. Jody (Melissa) McMinn; five brothers, Allen, Wayne, Russell, Tony and Joe Allemond; two sisters, Mildred and Thelma Robin; 21 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Richard Sr.; five brothers, Henry, Raoul Jr., Bobby, Mervin and Harold Allemond; and three sisters, Bertha Credeur, Cathy Carroll and Agnes Courville.
Melancon Funeral Home of Arnaudville was in charge of arrangements.
