Harold ‘Tin’ Patin

Breaux Bridge – Harold “Tin” Patin, 93, passed away July 6, 2020, at his home in Breaux Bridge, surrounded by family. A memorial service will be held at a later date, as he has offered his body to research with LSU Medical Center.
A native of Breaux Bridge, La., he was born May 10, 1927, to the late Clerfe and Seleman (Breaux) Patin. He served in the United States Army during World War II.
Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Shirley Devillier Patin of Breaux Bridge; his children, Vicki Patin Boudreaux, Glenn J. Patin and wife Roxann, Tammy Patin Hebert and husband Leroy, Tina Patin Rodrigue and husband Aaron, all of Breaux Bridge, and Dawn Patin Paine and husband Mark of Valley View, Texas; grandchildren, Chad (Franny) Boudreaux, Holly Boudreaux, Robin (Ryan) Theriot, Micki (Kale) Capritto, Allen White, Sedric Patin, Joy Stelly and Abbigail Paine along with 10 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his four brothers, Wilson, Albin, James and Robert; and one sister, Beatrice (Patin) Latiolais.
The family would like to give special thanks to all those who cared, befriended and assisted him through the recent years of his graceful aging.
