Gary ‘Bimmie’ Champagne

Breaux Bridge – In remembrance of Gary “Bimmie” Champagne, 64, who passed away on Monday, March 5, 2018, at Lafayette General Medical Center, a Celebration of Life was held on Friday, March 9, 2018, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Veteran’s Home in Breaux Bridge.
Bimmie is survived by his loving wife, Ellen B. Champagne; his children, Kristie Champagne and fiancé Chad Goins, Travis Champagne and wife Tami, Courtney Coton, and Ashley Mullins and husband Jeremy; his brother, Russell Champagne and wife Rhonda; his sister, Brenda Miller and husband Paul; his grandchildren, Kennedie Bass, Aubry Bass, Preston Goins, Beckett Champagne, Colin Cotone and Evan Cotone; and his sister-in-law, Melinda Broussard.
He is preceded in death by his father, Titus Paul Champagne; mother, Thelma Stelly Duplechin; and his step-father, Wilbert Duplechin.
