Dana Ray Angelle

Cecilia – A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 1, 2018, at St. Joseph Catholic Church for Dana Ray Angelle, 53, who passed away on Monday, October 29, 2018, at her residence surrounded by her daughters and her husband.
Visiting hours were observed at the funeral home from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Thursday.
A rosary was prayed at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday.
Rev. Gregory Cormier officiated at the Mass of Christian Burial. Assisting at the Mass was Deacon Kenneth Soignier. Readers were Hailey Angelle and Angelle Godeaux. Gift bearers were Kimi Braus, Kae Angelle, Addi Braus and Evan Braus.
Interment followed at St. Joseph Cemetery in Cecilia.
Mrs. Dana enjoyed reading, cooking, listening to music, and cherished moments with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her loving spouse of 32 years, Kim Angelle; daughters, Kimi Braus and husband Damon and Kae Angelle; grandchildren, Addi and Evan Braus; father, William “Bill” Ray; sister, Christina “Tina” Robin; brother, Chuck Ray; and a host of brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Patsy Latiolais Ray; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Ray; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Walmette Latiolais; and her Godmother, Judy Latiolais Guidry.
Pallbearers were Ryan Angelle, Corey Angelle, Gage Angelle, Trent Guidry, Mac Johnson and Caleb Johnson.
Family would like to give special thanks to Hospice of Acadiana and their nursing staff and to Dr. Aggarwal and his staff for their love, care, and support to Mrs. Dana and her family.
