Cody Nicholas Bourque

St. Martinville – A Memorial Service will be held at a later date for Cody Nicholas Bourque, 27, who passed away on Friday, April 17, 2020, at his residence.
Cody graduated from St. Martinville Senior High in 2010. He then attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology. Cody also went on to further his education in agriculture at Louisiana State University.
He enjoyed spending time outdoors, hunting, fishing and playing baseball. Cody also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, especially his son, Elijah.
He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his parents, Craig James Bourque and Melanie Devillier Bourque of St. Martinville; son, Elijah Bourque of Youngsville; brother, Gordy Bourque of St. Martinville; companion, Desiree Theriot of Youngsville; maternal grandmother, Lovell Devillier of Catahoula; and paternal grandmother, Mary Dell Bourque of St. Martinville.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, T-Bit Bourque and maternal grandfather, Albert Lee Devillier.
