BRIDGE REPAIRS — A state Department of Transportation and Development work crew
began the emergency repairs to the bridge over Bayou Amy connecting LA 352/Henderson Hwy with the Henderson Levee Hwy on Saturday, Dec. 16. The bridge was closed to all traffic Dec. 7 after it failed a state inspection. The repairs are expected to take six to ten weeks.(Sally Angelle)
