Coteau Holmes – Memorial Services were conducted for Mrs. Errol J. “Sam” Broussard, the former Juanita Hamilton, 66, at 3 p.m. on Sunday, July 25, 2010, at Coteau Holmes Baptist Mission Church.

Brother Tony Ronsonet officiated the services. Inurnment will be held at a later date.

A native of Eldorado, Ark. and a resident of Coteau Holmes, Mrs. Broussard passed away at 11:55 a.m. on Monday, July 19, 2010, at Iberia Medical Center.

She is survived by her husband, Errol J. “Sam” Broussard, of Coteau Holmes; two sons, Yancy Renard Broussard of Coteau Holmes and Jason Jude Broussard and his wife, Dana, of Parks; two daughters, Lacie B. Bagley and Kandi L. Broussard, both of Baldwin; three grandchildren – Ryan and Colton Broussard and Keeli Segura.

She was preceded in death by her father, James Perry Hamilton; mother, Marie Sprayberry Oleman, and her husband, George; two brothers, James Perry Hamilton Jr. and Bobby Hamilton, and one sister, Diane Watkins.

Evangeline Funeral Homes, Inc. of St. Martinville was in charge of arrangements.
