The groom-elect is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Creig Bernard of Abbeville. His grandparents are Mrs. Lastie Smith of Abbeville and the late Lastie Smith. The bride-elect is a graduate of St. Martinville Sr. High and the Cosmetology Training Center and is employed by LHC Group Inc. The groom-elect is employed by M-I Swaco.
