    Chairman Mike Huval has called a Special Meeting of the St. Martin Parish Council for 5:00 P.M., Wednesday, June 24, 2009, Carroll J. Fuselier Meeting Room, St. Martin Parish Annex Building, 301 West Port Street, St. Martinville, Louisiana, in accordance with the Provisions of the St. Martin Parish Home Rule Charter, Section 2.07, Council Meetings and Rules, Paragraph C, to consider the following items:

    1) CALL TO ORDER

    3) PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

    4) ROLL CALL

    5) RESOLUTIONS:

    SUMMARY NO. 070-RS (Introduced by Dean Dore’, District 9)

A Resolution awarding the contract for the St. Martin Parish 2009 Road Improvement Program, Road Reconstruction Project, to the lowest qualified bidder, M. Matt Durand, LLC and authorizing Parish President Guy Cormier to execute a contract with M. Matt Durand, LLC on behalf of St. Martin Parish Government for said project.

     SUMMARY NO. 071-RS (Introduced by Carroll Delahoussaye, District 1) A Resolution authorizing Parish President Guy Cormier to enter into a Cooperative Agreement

with the City of Morgan City for the purchase of an air compressor for the St. Martin Parish Fire District.
