Ware, who was injured when Campbell ran over him with his truck while trying to flee from officers trying to serve a search warrant on his residence, sustained moderate injuries and was treated and released.
Campbell is in the hospital in serious condition. He was shot at least once by officers after he ran over Ware and tried to flee the scene.
