The Rayne High School graduating class 1978 gathered for their 30-year class reunion on Saturday, Oct. 11, at Chef Roy’s Frog City Café in Rayne.

Reunion committee members were Jim Petitjean, Yvette Wyatt Salvatierra, Pam Breaux Hollingsworth and Bernadette Dupont Jennings.

A purple and gold color theme was noted throughout the banquet room, with entertainment provided by Phil Peltier. Classmates and their guests were served hors d’ oeuvres throughout the evening.

Approximately 45 classmates attended the reunion, with the following awards presented:
