The Bears stormed past the Vikings in a high-scoring 32-14 contest. Landon Meche returned a 30-yard punt return for the Bears’ first score, followed by a conversion run for a 8-0 lead. The Vikings answered with a 60-yard TD run by Collin Thibodeaux, combined with a 2-point conversion run by Morgan Moreau. The Bears then broke loose with two touchdown runs by Kane Bergeron (2-yards) and Landon Meche (60-yards), with Meche adding on two 2-point conversions. The Vikings added another score with a Deuce Morgan from 60 yards out. The Bears finished the scoring with a Meche 35-yard TD run and a Kane Bergeron 2-point conversion for the final score.
The Broncos edged out the 49’ers 8-6 in Pee Wee action. The lone 49’er touchdown came on a Conner Broussard 20-yard run. The Broncos were led by Jakavan George who ran in a 5-yard TD run and a 2-point conversion for the win.
The Eagles slipped past the Packers in an 18-14 contest. Joshua Mouton connected with Thomas Ronkartz with a 40-yard TD pass for the first score of the game. The Packers answered with a Carlos Figaro 55-yard TD run and a Wyatt Comeaux 2-point conversion for a 8-6 ballgame. The Eagles answered with a 25-yard TD run by Collin Broussard and a Matthew Abshire interception he re-turned 20 yards for the score. The Packers tried to tie things up but came up short with a 60-yard TD run by Carlos Fiagro as time expired.
The Redskins claimed a 28-12 win over the Patriots in a running bananza. The first half of the ballgame saw Alex Prevost and Chase Habetz turn in 45-yard and 10-yard TD runs, respectively. Chase Habetz also scored a 2-point conversion for a 14-0 halftime lead.
The Patriots added two scoring drives of their own led by Trevor Young with a 50-yard TD run, followed by a Ben Boullion 60-yard TD reception from Darian Richard, who also scored a 2-point conversion. The Redskins put things away with a Chase Habetz 65-yard TD run and an Alex Prevost 60-yard TD run for the win.
The Saints fell to the Cowboys 15-7 in a tight contest. Dillon Hayes ran in a 60-yard touchdown for the Saints, with a Brandt Broussard to Darrell Smith conversion pass. The Cowboys answered with a 2-yard TD run by Matthew Hebert and a 2-point conversion by Dondrakus Joseph for the 8-7 Cowboys lead at the half. The Cowboys pulled ahead for good with a 5-yard TD run by Dondrakus Joseph and a Matthew Molbert to Nick Moreau pass conversion for the 15-7 win.
The Panthers goosed the Jets 32-0 in the final game.Jack Veillon began the scoring with a 40-yard kickoff return for a touchdown, followed by a 15-yard TD pass from Jack Veillon to Will Veillon. Ethan Meche ran in two 2-point conversions for the 16-0 halftime score. Will Veillon ran in a 15-yard TD for another Panthers score, along with a 50-yard interception TD return by Jack Veillon. Two 2-point conversions were donated by Andrew Stutes and Jack Veillon.
