Arrested was Charles James Pousson, whose 69th birthday is Monday, April 29.
Sheriff’s investigators would provide no details when asked where the crimes allegedly occurred or when or if more than one minor was involved or what gender his alleged victims are.
Poussan is charged with:
Two counts of sexual battery;
One count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor;
One count of indecent behavior with a juvenile;
Two counts of oral sexual battery;
One count of aggravated incest.
