Margaret Sanchez, 28, of Kenner, is charged with harboring a sex offender, the other suspect in the dancer’s death.
She and Terry Christopher Speaks are suspected of killing Jaren Lockhart, then dumping her body parts in the Bay of St. Louis.
Speaks has been transferred to North Carolina where he faces fugitive charges.
Neither has been charged with the dancer’s homicide.
