(St. Martinville, La.)-The St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office will have an AARP Safe Driving Class on July 18, 2012 from 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. It will be held at the St. Martin Parish Fire District Office located at 1035 A. Ruth Bridge Hwy., Breaux Bridge, LA. The fee for the class is $12.00 for AARP Members, or $14.00 for non-members. If anyone would like to attend the class, they will need to R.S.V.P. to Deputy Daisy Trimble at (337) 394-2715.



In addition, the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office is hosting a free Rape Aggression Defense course for women ages 12 and older. This three day course will be held on July 31st-August 2, 2012 from 5:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. each day at the St. Martin Parish Training Academy located at 1815 Terrace Hwy., St. Martinville, LA.
