Beginning the first week in December, the farmers’ market will be open every Saturday.
The market, which will be set up on the west bank of Bayou Teche north of Bridge Street, is open to all who would like to sell their locally grown or made produce, as well as arts and crafts.
The market will open at 8 a.m. and close at noon. Vendors should arrive early enough to set up before the public arrives.
