All cats and dogs over the age of three month are required by law to be vaccinated against rabies yearly.
Area Veterinarians Dr. Darryl Dahlquist and Dr. Jackie Simon travel to designated stops and offer rabies shots for a $5 fee.
Time and place for the rabies clinic on Saturday, April 9 are as follows:
•7:30-8:30 a.m. – Joel Theriot Design, Breaux Bridge. (BB)
•8:30-9 a.m. – Boyer’s Pre-school, BB.
•9-10:30 a.m. – Creole Zy-deco Club, Henderson.
•10:30-11:30 a.m. – Rhy-thms on the Point, Grand Anse.
•11:30-noon – Russell Knott’s, Bayou Portage.
•Noon-1 p.m. – Russell’s Food Center, Arnaudville.
•1-2:30 p.m. – Tractor Supply, BB.
•2:30-3:30 p.m. – Agriculture Building, BB.
All pets must be on a leash or properly contained.
