Breaux Bridge – During a traffic stop on Berard St. Friday, Feb. 25, officers with the Breaux Bridge Police Department noticed drug paraphernalia in the passenger area of the vehicle, officers also found a handgun, powder cocaine and crack cocaine. Coty James Rossyion, 29 of Breaux Bridge, was arrested and charged with no drivers license on person, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute in a school zone, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute in a school zone, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal carrying of a firearm. Antoine Dedrick Jones, 18 of Arnaudville, was arrested and charged with possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute in a school zone. Both were booked into the parish jail.
